It is a great honor to extend my greetings to the campaign “ARA KOREA – Korea United as One,” hosted by the Chuncheon National Museum and AMPKIND. This event, held in harmony with nature at the Chuncheon National Museum, introduces Korea’s traditional music to contemporary audiences and highlights the excellence of Korea’s cultural heritage, including Arirang and Ganggangsullae. I believe this occasion will provide a meaningful moment of rest and reflection for people of all generations living in today’s fast-paced society. The musicians and performers who compose and perform original works such as “Piano of the Sky,” inspired by the Gangwon folk song Hanobaeknyeon, “Gangwon Sullae,” a reinterpretation of traditional melodies with percussion, and Gangwon Arirang, serve as cultural ambassadors who elevate the national brand of the Republic of Korea. I would also like to extend my applause to the organizers, sponsors, staff, and volunteers who planned, supported, and hosted this meaningful event.
